These terms cover the work Manifold Plumbing performs and how we do business together. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them plain so there are no surprises.
Manifold Plumbing provides residential and light-commercial plumbing services, including repairs, drain cleaning, water heater and fixture installation, repiping, leak detection, and related work. The specific scope of any job is described in the estimate we provide and agreed before work begins.
We provide flat-rate estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. You approve the price before work starts. If a job reveals additional issues once work is underway, we will pause and provide a revised estimate for your approval before continuing — you are never charged for extra work you did not authorize.
We schedule appointments in arrival windows and notify you when a technician is en route. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. Missed appointments or cancellations without reasonable notice may be subject to a trip fee, which we will always tell you about in advance.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods and offer financing on qualifying installations, subject to credit approval. Past-due balances may accrue reasonable late charges as permitted by law.
We stand behind our workmanship with a two-year warranty on labor, and installed parts and equipment carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear. Full warranty details are provided with your completed service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To help us work safely and efficiently, please provide clear access to the work area, disclose known hazards or prior repairs, and secure pets during the visit. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for us to perform work at the property, such as landlord or HOA approval.
We offer 24/7 emergency service. Emergency and after-hours calls may be billed at applicable emergency rates, which we will confirm before dispatching a technician wherever possible. Response times are estimates and may vary with weather, demand, and travel conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from our services will be handled in the courts located in the county where the work was performed, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
